Brittany Lynn Lee Car Accident: In loving memory of Sioux Falls woman who died in Lincoln County crash
A 22-year-old woman who tragically lost her life in a collision with a tree on Saturday has been identified as Brittany Lynn Lee of Sioux Falls.
The accident occurred on December 14 at approximately 4:38 p.m. in Sioux Falls.
According to the Department of Public Safety, Lee was driving a 2020 Chevrolet Malibu southbound on Interstate 229, exiting onto Interstate 29 South when she lost control of the vehicle. The car veered into the westbound ditch and struck a tree.
Lee was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities confirmed that she was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
