Hickory Hill Shooting; One Dead, Another Critically Injured in Hickory Hill Shooting
A violent shooting incident in the Hickory Hill neighborhood on Saturday evening has resulted in one man’s death and left another critically injured, as reported by the Memphis Police Department.
At approximately 3:56 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 3700 block of Maple Leaf Cove following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered two men with gunshot wounds inside a white Camaro.
Both individuals were in critical condition and were promptly transported to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. Sadly, one of the victims later succumbed to his injuries, according to police statements.
In connection with the shooting, authorities have detained a man for questioning. However, specific details regarding the circumstances that led to the incident, as well as the identities of the victims, have not yet been disclosed by the police.
